1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging with Chartered Corporate Business Consulting Pvt. Ltd. ("CCBC", "we", "our", or "us") — whether through our website, by phone, in person, or via any written agreement — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

CCBC provides business consulting, accounting, tax, audit, company registration, legal advisory, and related professional services in Nepal. The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate agreement, proposal, or engagement letter issued to the client.

We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for the engagement.
• Ensuring that all documents and data submitted to us are genuine and legally obtained.
• Complying with applicable Nepal laws, regulations, and government requirements.
• Informing us of any changes in their business that may affect the scope of work.

CCBC is not liable for delays, errors, or consequences arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees are agreed upon in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise stated, fees are due upon completion of service or as specified in the engagement agreement. We reserve the right to pause or discontinue work if payment obligations are not met.

All fees are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are additional where required by Nepal law.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties except as required by law, with the client's written consent, or as necessary to perform the agreed services (e.g., filing with government bodies such as OCR, IRD, or other regulatory authorities).

6. Limitation of Liability

CCBC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.

Our advice is based on the information available at the time of engagement and applicable laws in force at that time. We are not responsible for changes in law or regulation after the service is delivered.

7. Intellectual Property

All reports, documents, templates, and materials prepared by CCBC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive right to use the deliverables for the purpose for which they were prepared.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. The client remains liable for fees for work completed up to the date of termination. CCBC may retain client documents until outstanding fees are settled.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
