Step-by-Step Process

Register the company at OCR
First incorporate a Private Limited Company with relevant business objectives (education consulting, overseas education services) at the Office of the Company Registrar.

Register for PAN at IRD and get a business operating permit from the local ward office.

Prepare MoEST application
Compile the required documents: company registration certificate, PAN card, office lease agreement, staff credentials, and bank statement showing minimum capital.

Submit the complete application to the Ministry of Education's designated department. Application is reviewed and inspected.
